Usage:  

1. Cable connector and the housing mating thread size M16 × 1.5, cable diameter size Φ6-Φ8. When the equipment is used on site, the cable gland should be installed by user, whose protection grade should not be lower than 2D Ex tb IIIC T85°C Db.
2. Within ground terminal tightening torque 2N.m.
3. Flameproof joint tightening torque is 3.2N.m.
4. External ground bolt M4X6, pressing 4mm² conductor.
5. The entry shall be equipped with Ex certified cable glands with a compatible mode of protection for the intended use.

Maintenance:

1. When  assembly,  operation  and  maintenance,   the operator  should  follow  the  requirements  of EN 60079-14, beside of the instruction manual.
2. Repair  and  overhaul  shall  comply  with  EN 60079-19.
3. The product shell is cleaned with wet cloth and the user is forbidden to repair and modify the flameproof content.

Warning:

1. Disassembly is prohibited without permission Do not open with power. please do not open the cover in the explosive gas. Need to use a damp cloth when opening.l
2. AFTER DE-ENERGIZING, DELAY 10 MINUTES BEFORE OPENING.
3. DO NOT OPEN WHEN ENERGIZED.
4. POTENTIAL ELECTROSTATIC HAZARD - SEE INSTRUCTIONS.
5. USE FASTENERS WITH YIELD STRESS >=450MPa
6. The flame-proof joints cannot be repaired or modified by user.
7. Installation must be carried out by personnel with relevant training or working experience. During installation,pls do not operate  with electric and in accordance with the regulations.
8. There are electrical and electronic parts in the device, so it is forbidden to disposal as ordinary garbage after the product is scrapped. The disposal method should comply with the local government's regulations and requirements.
